The goal of a Post OP Lymphatic Drainage Massage is to stimulate the lymphatic system and help relieve swelling that occurs when medical treatment such as a medical or cosmetic surgery (bbl, lipo 360, tummy tuck etc.) disrupts your lymphatic system. It involves gentle manipulation of strokes to help move the fluids to the nearest lymph nodes for internal draining, for a faster and better recovery and to prevent Fibrosis as much as possible. Its is highly recommended that you have consistent massages (on a average of approximately 10 -12) for the first 2-3 weeks of post op recovery, follow by at least 1-2 times per week afterwards or depending on each case. Proper planning for massages will be discussed in order to receive the best post op results as possible. It is also very important that the client must be extremely consistent with their compressions in between each sessions during recovery.
If you are NOT a post op client, a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage works best to stimulate your lymph nodes for a cleansing or detox experience.
PLEASENOTE: you must drink water 30 mins before session as well as after your session to help your body flush out the lactic acid and toxins.
Fibrosis Massage is a slightly intense modality that involves breaking down fibrosis which is a common side effect from any liposuction procedure performed. It is commonly described as lymphatic fluid that has solidified within the skin due to inconsistent massages or massages performed incorrectly. Your skin surface may feel extremely stiff and uncomfortable at times.
At this point, lymphatic massage will most likely not be as effective. This treatment will involve either the usage of cupping or heating treatment such as hot stones or other heat stimulation to break down the fibrosis. Multiple treatments will be necessary depending on the severity.
This modality involves a variety of treatments of choice such as Cavitation, and Radio frequency as well as wood therapy. The goal is to help maintain your new post op body by stimulating the skin to help build collagen and elastin for tightening and fat elimination in a non invasive way. A 15 minute lymphatic drainage massage is included in each of the service treatments provided.
FOR POST OP CLIENTS:
It is recommended to start this treatment at approximately 3 months post op when swelling has subsided about 90% or depending on your surgical procedure.
NON POST OP CLIENTS:
This option is also available for non post op patients as well who are wanting to start a detox/cleansing process.

One of the most common type of massages performed to energize the body and improve overall health. The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body. It involves a variety of strokes such as effleurage, petrissage, kneading, tapotement, and friction circles.
Add ons such as Hot Stones are available for Studio Sessions for an additional fee.
Prenatal Massage focuses on the special needs of the mother to be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation, and general body tone as well as relieve mental emotional and physical fatigue by managing their cortisol levels due to stress. It also helps the mother to be in preparation for a possible smoother labor and delivery experience.
NOTE: This modality was designed to prepare the pregnant client for a smoother, easier delivery experience. It is not guaranteed that it will stimulate pressure points to induce labor at your 39th-40th week of the pregnancy.
A massage technique that involves the focus to mainly treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains, tension, and physical stress. It involves applying sustained amount of pressure using slow deep strokes, sometimes elbow techniques to target the inner layer of muscles and connective tissue. Side effects to a deep tissue massage can involve muscle soreness and internal bruising for a couple of days afterwards; especially if the client does not receive consistent massages.
Add ons such as Cupping or Hot Stones are availble for studio sessions for an additional fee.
